Service Description
Meeting Room Booking Guidelines •Our Catering Director will follow up with you to assist with planning and coordination. •A minimum $200 service fee (regardless of food and beverage requirements) will be applied to All Day Access bookings to cover continual room service checks and post-meeting room service and cleaning.
Cancellation Policy
Booking the boardroom is available only to James River members. For all non-members, requests must be made by contacting catering@jamesrivercountryclub.com. Staffing and service fees apply. Use of the Boardroom is included in membership at no additional cost, for meetings under two hours (provided there is no room set up or food service required). Applicable staffing, service charge, and food and beverage fees apply.
