Service Description
Meeting Room Booking Guidelines •If your meeting does not require food and beverage service, your request may be approved without further communication. •If your meeting requires staff or food and beverage service, our Catering Director will follow up with you to assist with planning and coordination.
Cancellation Policy
Booking the boardroom is available only to James River members. For all non-members, requests must be made by contacting catering@jamesrivercountryclub.com. Staffing and service fees apply. Use of the Boardroom is included in membership at no additional cost, for meetings under two hours (provided there is no room set up or food service required). Applicable staffing, service charge, and food and beverage fees apply.
